Implementing Effective Interventions
Interventions in schools can be conducted at three different levels. The school-wide or universal level applies to all students. Targeted interventions are implemented for high-risk students. Focused interventions are necessary for students who require more intensive wrap-around services. The links in this section provide examples of how to conduct such interventions. Most importantly, this section highlights the lessons that educators should learn from previous efforts of others to intervene.
